Terms of Service

Welcome to Tracklume. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Tracklume.

1. The service

Tracklume provides affiliate link management, click tracking, geo/device routing, and analytics. We may update features, add or remove integrations, and change plan limits with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the content you publish and the destinations you route traffic to. You must comply with the rules of the affiliate networks and merchants you partner with, and disclose affiliate relationships where the law requires it.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Tracklume to cloak destinations from end users in a deceptive way, to drive traffic to malware, to violate intellectual-property rights, or to bypass network anti-fraud rules.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits (links, projects, branded domains) are enforced in-app. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracklume is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
